If your parish no longer has a senior club, you are welcomed to join ours, currently we have members from several nearby parishes, you may see your neighbors. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at 10:30 a.m. in Ward Hall, 5151 S. McVicker AV., Chicago. Coffee, tea, and pastries are served at every meeting and occasionally we also serve lunch. Dues are $10/year and there is a $3.00 door fee.

Feb. 5, 2018 back at Ward Hall. A representative from the RTA will address the transportation issues of Seniors. We will have a speaker from the RTA who can answer questions about the new Ventra cards. As always, hot beverages will be available before the meeting and refreshments will be served, including pastry from Racine Bakery
Feb. 19 is President’s Day. The book exchange will be out, we’ll celebrate, play bingo, and enjoy soup and sandwiches.
Mar. 5 there will be a Kitchen & Bath themed Penny Social.
Mar. 19 is St. Joseph’s day and we will have a party with hot food and entertainment by Dennis Motyka.
Apr. 2 is the day after Easter, so there is NO MEETING
Apr. 16, in honor of Earth Day April 22, Jerry Soukal, of Soukal Florist and Greenhouse, will give us tips on bringing our gardens back to life after the long winter. The book exchange will be available.
May 7 is the election of officers for the 2018-20 term. We will play Bingo, and enjoy a delicious meal.
May 21 there will be another Cake Walk, and the book exchange.
June 4 is the last meeting before the summer break. We will celebrate this with a Beach Party at Ward Hall, without the sand. There will be entertainment and some special surprises.
